NFSS use a person-centered approach to assess individuals to determine their strengths, needs, preferences, and supports they need to safely remain in the community.
We advocate to ensure individuals we serve have the same opportunities as others citizens are afforded.
It's important that we help individuals locate and connect to resources within their community.
